My teaching responsibilities presently involve Magazine Writing, Advanced Magazine Writing, and multi-genre creative writing classes.
I write fiction and non fiction, and translate Bengali literature to English. I recently completed my first novel, House of Rain.
I was Creative Writing Fellow in Fiction at Emory University from 2009 to 2011
